The 19th China Good Idea and National Digital Art Design Competition regular track Jiangsu regional judging work has officially started

On July 10,2025, the highly anticipated online review launch meeting for the regular track of the 19th China Creative Challenges Contest (China Creative Challenges Contest, abbreviated as "China Creative Challenges" or "3C Contest") in Jiangsu Province was successfully held at the School of Art, Jiangsu University. The convening of this meeting marks the official launch of the review process for works from the Jiangsu region. Authoritative experts in the field of digital art design from Jiangsu Province will uphold the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency to select high-quality outstanding works, injecting strong "Jiangsu momentum" into the national finals.

The launch meeting of this review was guided by the organizing committee of the competition, China Good Idea and National Digital Art Design Competition, and carefully organized by the Jiangsu University School of Art, the host unit of the Jiangsu region.

Yang Daojian, Vice President and Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee at Jiangsu University, delivered remarks on behalf of the organizing committee. In his address, Vice President Yang expressed heartfelt gratitude to all participating experts and faculty members, while briefly introducing Jiangsu University. He emphasized that creativity is the soul of artistic design, and highlighted the honor of inviting distinguished scholars from diverse fields including digital technology, intelligent systems, and cultural aesthetics. The review session will explore cutting-edge achievements in digital media art design and innovative concepts for industry-academia-research collaboration. Yang expressed confidence that through the experts' rigorous evaluations, both educators and students will gain valuable insights to enhance their innovation capabilities and elevate talent development standards. He concluded by wishing the review session every success.

Xie Qingfeng, founder of the Creative Ideas Competition and Secretary-General of the National Organizing Committee, delivered a brief video address. He noted that the next two decades will witness rapid development in digital art, marking the beginning of a new era. The Secretary-General also expressed gratitude to Jiangsu University and the judging panel for their dedicated efforts.

Professor Sheng Jin, doctoral supervisor at Nanjing University of the Arts 'School of Media, provided the official guidelines for the competition. The event featured 24 distinct categories, with the Jiangsu regional competition receiving over 25,000 valid entries. The regional judging panels were organized into 14 specialized groups based on the volume of submissions in each category. Professor Sheng emphasized that this year's Jiangsu regional judging process was both extensive and demanding, requiring the expert panels to focus their efforts on conducting thorough and professional evaluations of the diverse submissions across multiple disciplines.

The successful launch of the review meeting has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent work of the Jiangsu region. We look forward to the smooth progress of the review process and the selection of truly outstanding works to represent Jiangsu in the national finals.
