On September 4th, the Art School held a sharing and exchange meeting on summer social practice experiences in the Smart Classroom 1302. The purpose of this exchange meeting was to summarize practical experiences, share practical achievements, and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and students to actively participate in social practices. Chen Guoqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Art School, participated in this event, and the meeting was hosted by Xia Yu, Secretary of the School's Communist Youth League Committee.
During the meeting, members of the presidium shared their experiences and insights from participating in various social practices, including the Jinggangshan Sentiment·Chinese Dream national special project, the Hand-drawn Countryside·Youth Action provincial special project, as well as provincial key teams and the "Return to Hometown" social practice. Chen Guoqiang highly praised the summer social practice activities of the Art School. He pointed out that social practice is an important way to cultivate students' comprehensive qualities. Through these practices, students have broadened their horizons, honed their abilities, and gained personal growth. He emphasized the need to integrate social practice with professional learning and ideological and political education to further promote the school's practice-based education.
During the social practice activities, the participants went deep into the grassroots, paid attention to people's livelihood, and contributed ideas and suggestions for the development of their hometown, fully demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of contemporary college students. The Art School will continue to deepen its social practice work, guide teachers and students to grow and succeed through practice, and cultivate more outstanding talents for the development of China's cultural and art industries.
