On the morning of September 15th, the School of Arts invited Ms. Wu Ting from the Mental Health Education Center to give a lecture on mental health education for the 2023 graduate students. Ms. Wu's lecture theme was "Happiness Strategy - A Talk on Postgraduate Psychological Adaptation", focusing on the characteristics of the postgraduate population and launching mental health education.

In the lecture, Professor Wu first introduced the four attributes of happiness, asking the students to rate their current living conditions. The students actively participated. Then, Professor Wu conducted in-depth discussions and analysis from four aspects: self-awareness, psychological adaptation, stress coping, and interpersonal relationships, to enhance the ability to regulate oneself, withstand setbacks, and adapt to the environment. Through a variety of cases, he explained some problems related to graduate life to the freshmen, providing many effective ways to relieve stress for the students.

Ms. Wu Ting won everyone's applause with her vivid and interesting speech. The students benefited a lot from it. I hope that the students can adapt to the new life better and faster, show themselves on the new platform, and realize their dreams.
