On the afternoon of April 13, the "famous teachers' lecture hall" organized by Jiangsu University and hosted by the Art school was held as scheduled. Professor Lin Jiayang, doctoral tutor of Tongji University, was specially invited to give a keynote lecture on "art education in the intelligent era". This lecture was held online by Tencent conference, and Han Rong, Dean of the Academy of art, was the academic host. Professor Lin Jiayang is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the school of design and creativity of Tongji University, and the director of the design art research center of Tongji University. The first batch of "three Taiwan Scholars" senior professors of Taizhou University. Honorary president and distinguished professor of Jilin animation Institute. He is also the deputy director of the design teaching steering committee of the Ministry of education, the member of the design discipline professional committee of Tongji University, the vice president of Beijing innovation promotion association, the vice president of Beijing Creative Design Promotion Association, the leading master of Shanghai original design master studio, the director of Shanghai Science and Art Association, the creative tutor of the creative headquarters of colleges and universities, the executive director of China Industrial Design Association, and the member of the academic committee of China Advertising Association. His main works include: graphic creativity, poster design, pattern and decoration, composition design, text and typesetting design - creativity + method + practice, and he has written "Eleventh Five Year Plan" national planning textbooks: design sketch, design color, graphic creativity and association, text and layout design, higher education press, etc. He has published 28 papers in core journals such as packaging engineering, urban development research and other important academic journals. The teaching and research achievements have successively won the "first prize of Jiangsu teaching achievement", "first prize of Shanghai teaching achievement" and "second prize of national teaching achievement". The course "graphic creativity" created by him has spread and influenced the national basic design education. This course has been rated as "National Quality Course", "national quality resource sharing course" and MOOC national video public elective course; As the chief editor, Professor Lin Jiayang organized the compilation of more than 300 innovative textbooks and gave more than 1000 lectures on design innovation; 20 issues of "National Design Master Award" and 41 issues of "national design master class" were held, which greatly affected and promoted the process of China's design education reform.

At the end of the lecture, Professor Han Rong summarized: in the era of intelligence, the progress of thinking in personal development is very important. Design is a carrier with multiple tentacles, which is closely related to science, tradition, humanistic communication and practice. The expression of works is inseparable from intelligent technology, and even more inseparable from the ability of cultural interpretation and focus on service, which needs commercial value. From the perspective of the intelligent era, we need to master the ability of data tracking and intelligent analysis, and we need to adjust the curriculum design and teaching content timely and accurately, so as to achieve personalized and customized teaching, and constantly move forward to the goal of lifelong learning.
