April 15^th, Associate Dean Rong Han who represents ourSchoolofArthad a meeting with Mr. Larry Stauffer who is the Dean of Engineer School. The Chair of civil engineer Mr. Richard J. NieLsen, Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineer Mr. Tao Xing, International Program Office Admission Consular Lu Ding, Art and Architecture School International Activity Consular Zhenyu Liu, Art and Architecture School Visiting Scholar Changzhi Hou attended the meeting as well.

Associate Dean Rong Han gave a brief introduction on our school during the meeting; Dean of Engineer School of University ofIdahoMr. Larry Stauffer introduced the development of their school and talked about the proposed visiting toJiangsuUniversity. The school has top quality of equipment and the research and teaching team, which focus on serving the group of education and researching. The meeting topics include “connect the engineering programs between two schools at the base of existing model”, “discussing the possibility of special cooperation projects”. We both believe the cooperation may achieve an advanced level.
